Of Phoenix’s many historic districts, Willo has to be our favorite. Storybook homes, tree-lined streets, a sense of a close and connected community…. it’s great! No wonder it’s so expensive to live there. For now, we’ll stick to attending the annual home tour and street fair!

This was probably our favorite house – designed by Blaine Drake (an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright).

This is what our kitchen dreams are made of! We loved how this homeowner in particular kept the decor/design extremely retro and truly honored the originality of the home.

We would most definitely recommend going to a historic home tour if you have the chance! Willo is great, and we’re also interested in checking out the Encanto-Palmcroft historic home tour too! Go explore for yourself!!
